As marketing coordinator, I managed major Division visibility efforts including annual reports, faculty and staff publications, and Division-wide events. I worked closely with student affairs departments on large- and small-scale marketing campaigns. One primary responsibility was promoting and supporting events, including Orientation, Ram Welcome, and the Student Diversity Program and Services Celebration of Graduates.
Annual Reports
The Division of Student Affairs Annual Report serves as a compilation of department efforts and accomplishments in meeting the goals set out by the Division. These accomplishments were paired with relevant stories to engage readers in an otherwise data-driven document.
Role: writing, editing, project management, coordinating with student graphic designers
Orientation & Transition Programs
Orientation & Transition Programs coordinates programs, services and outreach opportunities that promote students’ academic and personal success at CSU. As marketing coordinator, I supported OTP with publications, marketing collateral, and event resources.

Training & Development
In addition to planning and implementing marketing strategies for the Division, I worked to educate collaborators on marketing-related topics including brand standards, communications best practices, and marketing operations.
